•    You will get this method of delivery for any Service/Product/Food from the stores/restaurant.
•    Orders can be placed when the store is in open and the particular item is in stock.
•    Scheduled delivery options are available. You can choose your available time to receive goods/food or any other ordered in OZO Connect.
•    Service availability at your area can fetch by app itself by accessing your location in mobile. It will prompt you to provide location access in your mobile. We are constantly working to expand our coverage.
•    OZO Connect will not be responsible to provide scheduled delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to take the delivery or if the customer picks up the package on a later date though the package has been delivered at the pickup store on the promised date.
•    On Sunday’s, and regional or national holidays, deliveries are not guaranteed to establishments like offices that might be closed.
•    Your package will be delivered on estimated delivery date and you can track the status of your order at any time and a notification will come to your mobile till delivery completes.
